Christina Rodriguez

Christina Rodriguez is an attorney at Pettis Law Firm. Her law practice involves a broad range of general business, corporate and intellectual property transactions, and litigation.

Her intellectual property practice focuses on counseling in a variety of matters including registering, licensing, using, maintaining, enforcing, and resolving disputes on matters of trademark, copyright, Internet, and social media. Christina’s corporate practice focuses on representing both individual and corporate clients in the negotiation and preparation of documents relating to customary corporate transactions.

Her litigation practice includes work on cases from inception through verdict involving consumer claims and lending practices, trade secrets, breach of contract, unfair competition, personal injury, and employment claims.

Christina also concentrates on the fast-growing and evolving U.S. marijuana/cannabis industry. She has had the opportunity to work with several development-stage companies in the cannabis and cannabis-adjacent industries and has helped guide them from the initial formation and internal organizational phase through asset acquisitions.
